Who is Arvind Pandey IPS?

Arvind Pandey IPS is a retired 1988-batch Indian Police Service officer of the Bihar cadre — also known as Arvind Pandey IPS Bihar — and the subject of this official personal-brand site, creativepolicing.yoga.
